The location is marvellous and handy, we could see city. Norwood district deserves to be explored.

The Beautiful King Suite boasts a spacious layout that makes it inviting for couples and families alike. Excellent natural light pours in through the large windows.

The room features a door connecting to a common area that lacks a keyed lock, which feels a bit less secure for your belongings, despite the bolt for inside locking. The door to the house is keyed, but having a keyed entry for the suite would add an extra layer of comfort. A couple of minor quirks in bathroom amenities could be noted, like limited surface space for toiletries that might not suit all guests' preferences.

Everything was perfect, LOVELY location very close to cool shops, pubs and places to eat, lovely Crystal Palace and the shops, great experience. My room included iron/ironing board, a multi-channel TV, and a lounge area. The bed was soft, a bidet worked well.

The balcony for breakfast is a great touch, with a nice view too. Beds were really comfy n the place was so clean, was like home. So many good restaurants just a walk away, love the area. Honestly, couldn't recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in the Deluxe King Suite, enjoying the delicious continental breakfast and the comfort of a spacious apartment. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic Hosts and a Lovely Balcony for Breakfast

Alan and Mala were warm and cute, and the room was spacious with an comfortable bed. The continental breakfast provided a great selection of choices, including fresh fruits, great to start the day relaxed. The only downside was a slight damp smell that occasionally lingered, but it didn't diminish my overall enjoyment.

The stay was enjoyable, particularly because of the lovely balcony area where we could have breakfast each morning with a great view. Alan, the host, was incredibly attentive, and the facilities were well maintained. It was great to have many dining options nearby as well as easy access to public transport, making it convenient to explore London attractions at a short walking distance.

A keyed lock for the room door would significantly enhance security!!! The lack of clarity on check-in and check-out timings could confuse guests!!! Plus, the common areas really need better maintenance!!!

The Beautiful King Suite was fantastic, with a cozy lounge with a comfy sofa and a tv, perfect for winding down after a long day. The view from the terrace is fine, and the breakfast was great with fresh fruits and pastries, enjoyed at our own pace.

We had such a nice stay! The breakfast choices were fab, and eating in our room was a real treat. The bed was super comfy, too. We had this amazing separate bedroom and a bathroom that was just lovely. Location is spot on, with good restaurants nearby.

I really appreciated the spacious Beautiful King Suite. The cozy lounge felt just like home. The tv was a nice touch, too. The terrace view was fine, a great spot to unwind. Breakfast choices were great with fresh fruits and pastries. I liked that we could eat at our own pace. I found the door locking situation a bit concerning. The suite had no keyed lock, just a bolt that could be secured from inside. This did raise some security worries for me, even though the hosts seemed trustworthy. A lovely experience with minor security concerns.
